The stated initial budget is 100 million, subject to confirmed currency and delivery geography.

Delivery safeguards

  • Needs-based beneficiary targeting with community verification and no discrimination.

  • Transparent procurement, supplier due diligence and auditable distribution records.

  • Nutritionally appropriate parcels, protected handling of beneficiary information and a complaints channel.

  • Quarterly impact reports covering households reached, cost per parcel, local procurement and transition-to-livelihood outcomes.

*Amounts are figures communicated by the project sponsor. Currency, scope, land, technical specifications, operating costs and final capital requirements remain subject to feasibility, independent costing and funder due diligence.
