Overview

Feasibility required

Badimo Ke Bao proposes a specialist health facility focused on selected high-need health conditions, reproductive health and integrated patient support. The facility would pursue an evidence-based model that respects cultural practices while operating within applicable health-profession, medicine, clinical-governance and patient-safety requirements. The stated early capital concept is 15 billion, subject to confirmed currency, clinical scope and full feasibility work.

Clinical and governance principles

  • All diagnosis, treatment, medicines and patient-care pathways must be lawful, evidence-informed and overseen by appropriately licensed health professionals.

  • Any traditional-health component must comply with applicable law, informed consent, quality controls and clear limits on claims.

  • Develop referral pathways, clinical ethics, infection prevention, data protection, medicine supply controls and adverse-event reporting before launch.

  • Create training, clinical, support-services and facility-management jobs while prioritising patient safety and affordability.

*Amounts are figures communicated by the project sponsor. Currency, scope, land, technical specifications, operating costs and final capital requirements remain subject to feasibility, independent costing and funder due diligence.
